Clinical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our mental health treatment programs in Lane County, Oregon. The successful candidate will oversee multiple programs, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment, serving individuals found unable to stand trial. This is a leadership position that requires strong clinical expertise, program management skills, and the ability to supervise a team of Residential Therapists.
The Clinical Manager will be responsible for managing program services, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality treatment services. They will also be responsible for maintaining professional confidentiality and protecting client confidentiality while in the community.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. The salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple mental health treatment programs, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment
- Supervise a team of Residential Therapists
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality treatment services
- Maintain professional confidentiality and protect client confidentiality
- Develop and implement program plans and services
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure program success
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a mental health field
- Licensure as an Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist (strongly preferred)
- Three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
- Minimum one year of management/managerial experience (strongly preferred)
- Ability to provide licensure supervision (preferred)
