About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our mental health services team. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a mental health field and at least three years of post-graduate clinical experience. They will be responsible for managing multiple programs, supervising staff, and providing clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple mental health programs, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment services
  • Supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to staff
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a mental health field
  • At least three years of post-graduate clinical experience
  • Minimum one year of management experience
  • Licensure as an Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist (strongly preferred)
