Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Design Assistant to support our daily operations at Anasazi Imports. The ideal candidate will assist with design, project management, and client relations to ensure a smooth workflow and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
  • Client Relations: Attend client meetings, assist in understanding client needs, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project management, including tracking timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring precise and timely communication.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other business documents as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a home design/construction-based role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and QuickBooks. Experience with other project management software is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of handling challenges and resolving issues effectively and diplomatically.
  • Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
