Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at The Kellen Company. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual solutions across a diverse range of formats and dissemination outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual identity and branding strategies for clients and internal projects.
  • Design and produce a variety of visual materials, including logos, graphics, infographics, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with clients, committee members, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, conceptual work.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and future design trends and apply them within the context of our target audiences.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketing teams, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience as a graphic designer in an in-house creative department or design firm.
  • Excellent portfolio showcasing a spectrum of design work in printed and digital formats.
  • Proven graphic design technical abilities with a strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography in both print and digital media.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with HTML, WordPress, and video motion graphics is a plus.
  • Demonstrated creative mindset with a passion for excellent creative execution.
  • Adaptable and quick learner, capable of applying style guides creatively while upholding brand identity for multiple clients.
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to receive and apply constructive input and critique from others.
