Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a skilled Junior Instructional Systems Designer to provide training and instructional design support services for a major U.S. Federal Government agency.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing instructor-led training products, facilitating material review with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and recommending improvements to existing training content and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training project plans and course design documents
  • Conduct initial planning and analysis through design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages
  • Provide technical review of client curriculum products for adherence to standard design, development, and evaluation principles
  • Facilitate continued development, coordination, configuration management, and evaluation of client's training curriculum program
  • Propose training policies to strengthen, facilitate, and integrate executive training with on-the-job leadership training
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Obtain and maintain Government Suitability as required for this position
  • BA/BS (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of five years of documented experience in design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructor-led courseware, preferably in support of leadership training initiatives
  • Knowledge of enterprise leadership principles and experience with strategy development and implementation
