About the Role

Harness is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceeding sales targets by winning new enterprise logos and managing full sales cycles from prospect to close
  • Forecasting accurately and communicating effectively with the sales team
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and track progress
  • Collaborating with sales engineering and sales development teams to drive sales growth
Requirements
  • A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals
  • Strong account planning and execution skills
  • Ability to sell to C-Level executives and across both IT and business units
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including articulating a clear return on investment value statement
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively under pressure
