About the Role:

Sword Health is seeking an experienced Customer Success expert to drive growth and engagement with our portfolio of enterprise customers. As a key member of our fast-paced and dynamic Customer Success team, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to onboard, manage, and expand our business.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, leading implementation and fostering employee engagement to continually demonstrate and expand Sword's value.
  2. Lead and optimize implementation projects, defining timelines and ensuring milestones are met with precision.
  3. Cultivate strategic relationships with customers, fully understanding their goals and working to surpass clinical and economic outcomes that align with expansion potential.
  4. Develop and execute growth-oriented account plans, assessing total account potential and establishing clear growth goals and milestones.
  5. Champion customer needs to support growth, collaborating with teams to address pain points and deliver solutions that drive high satisfaction and pave the way for renewal and upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success, implementation, or account management roles.
  • Strong growth mindset and results orientation, with a proven ability to meet or exceed growth targets.
  • Exceptional communicator with the skill to push back constructively and align client expectations.
  • Proficient in data tools to analyze account data, track growth metrics, and report on account health and expansion opportunities.
