Job Title: Account Executive Government

At T-Mobile, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Account Executive Government, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the State and Local Government sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales, renewal, and churn target goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and increase customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analysis and system navigation to inform sales decisions and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as sales approaches, through continuous training and development.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of selling experience to Government (State and Local) accounts.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Business markets sales experience.
  • Wireless industry sales experience.
  • Telesales or technical sales experience.
