Data Commercialization Account Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Data Commercialization team at Worldpay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing data licensing deals, expanding opportunities with existing customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new and existing data products.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management & Customer Success: Manage a book of data licensing deals with companies across various industries, supporting a range of use cases driven by Worldpay's differentiated transactional data.
- Account Growth: Identify and pursue expansion opportunities with existing customers, whether through selling new Worldpay data products or targeting new groups or subsidiaries of the customer's parent organization.
- QBRs & Reporting: Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with customers to ensure they are getting the most value from our products, and provide regular reporting on the state of the current book, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
- Cross-functional coordination: Maintain strong relationships with Data Science, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure existing license pipelines meet SLAs and customers can evaluate new data products, driving our product portfolio.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of sales or account management experience at a Data-as-a-Service (DAAS) organization, with a proven track record of successful retention and account growth.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of the value of data in various industries and use cases.
- Relationship building: Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Data Science teams to drive adoption of new and existing data products.
- Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and ability to articulate the value of data to various customer stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
