Account Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Account Executive to join our team at Promotion Execution Partners PEP. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing marketing promotions, collaborating with clients and suppliers, and delivering successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing promotions by collaborating with clients to assemble promotion specifications and communicating requirements to suppliers.
- Proactively understand client pain points and deliver new capabilities, efficiencies, and innovative ideas to support them in the ever-changing consumer promotions landscape.
- Maintain strong metrics, including on-time file closure, on-time and on-budget execution, and audit scores.
- Build relationships by conducting regular status meetings with clients, vendors, and internal resources to ensure flawless execution.
- Build knowledge and expertise by seeking out additional training, staying up-to-date on industry news and trends, and assisting in the development of processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication, or minimum 18 months of applicable business or promotion management experience.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically to problem-solve.
- Transparency, honesty, and accountability.
- A positive attitude with the ability to manage healthy business practices and work harmoniously as part of a larger team.
