Your Responsibilities:


As the HRIS Manager, you will oversee the planning, analysis, and execution of the Human Resource Information System to enhance HR functions and support business operations. This role is crucial for ensuring effective system utilization, maintenance, reporting, and enhancements to meet organizational goals and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Administering, configuring, and maintaining the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) to ensure seamless and accurate operations.
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT departments to align the HRIS system with business requirements and data integrity standards.
  • Managing system updates and upgrades while minimizing disruptions to HR functions.
  • Developing and implementing HRIS policies and procedures to support data management, security, and compliance.
  • Analyzing HRIS data and generating reports to assist HR and business decision-making.
  • Providing training on system features and best practices to HRIS users.
  • Evaluating and recommending new HR technologies and enhancements to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Partnering with leadership to implement new HRIS modules and related systems to enhance business operations.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology for effective implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in managing HRIS systems; preference for experience with ADP and Workforce Now.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms; strong planning, analytical, execution, and testing skills; ability to interpret complex data and solve problems efficiently; excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems; strong experience with ADP Workforce Now applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; capable of presenting information effectively and training team members.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong work ethic, time management, and collaboration skills; ability to simplify complex issues for others; innovative and professional approach with high integrity.
  • Cultural Fit: Professional demeanor with a strong desire to make an impact while being a respectful problem-solver and a collaborative team player.

Additional Information:


Compensation: Salary is based on proven expertise.

  • Compensation will increase as the team member develops.

Core Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible; approximately 8 hours within this timeframe)


Typical Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; average hours per week (minimum of 3 days in the office)
