Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for HR technology? Do you have experience with HRIS systems and a strong understanding of HR processes?
We are seeking an HRIS Manager to join our team at HR Collaboration Group LLC. As an HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and executing the implementation and maintenance of our HRIS system to support our HR function and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our HRIS system to ensure smooth and accurate processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure the HRIS system aligns with business needs and data integrity standards.
- Manage system updates, upgrades, and ensure minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Create and implement HRIS policies and procedures to support data management, security of data, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze HRIS data and build/generate reports to support HR and business needs.
- Provide training on system functionality and best practices to support HRIS users.
- Evaluate and recommend new HR technology and enhancements to improve efficiencies and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience managing the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems; highly prefer experience with ADP and Workforce Now.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and functionalities; solid skills in planning, analyzing, execution, and testing.
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills; ability to interpret large amounts of data and problem-solve quickly.

Core Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible Hours; will work approx. 8 hours within this timeframe)
Typical Work Week: M-F; 40 - 42 hours a week on average (3 days in office minimum)
