Talent Management Director

Aspire of Illinois is seeking a Director of Talent Management to lead the entire talent management cycle, encompassing talent acquisition, retention, leadership development, employee relations, and performance management.
This role requires frequent travel across our locations, with a minimum of three days a week onsite to support our geographically diverse teams.
The Director of Talent Management reports to the VP of People and will be responsible for leading the entire talent management cycle within Aspire.
This includes talent acquisition, retention, people & leadership development, employee relations, and performance management.
In addition, this position will collaborate with other leaders across Aspire to review, develop, and implement talent management initiatives.
The Director of Talent Management needs to be available to team members across our geographies, which requires at least three days a week in our locations.
Talent Acquisition
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Specialist to apply continuous process improvement methodologies to the pre-employment and onboarding process to enhance the content and experience for new hires.
Provide logistical support for the quarterly leadership development sessions to include room set-up, check-in, post-survey and any follow-up communications to participants.
Partner with the VP of Operations to identify and implement talent development programs to foster the continuous growth of frontline and non-frontline team members.
Oversee Aspire's training software, Relias.
Employee Relations and Performance Management
Develop and implement employee relations policies and practices.
Analyze Talent Development Review data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to work with confidential information and exercise good judgment and discretion.
Experience working with different employee engagement platforms.
