The Senior Brand Executive will spearhead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy aimed at amplifying Good American's market presence and driving sustainable growth. This position calls for a visionary leader with extensive expertise in branding, marketing, and consumer engagement within the fashion sector. The Senior Brand Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, innovation, and alignment with our core values of inclusivity and empowerment. This role will involve a strategic partnership with the Creative Director of Marketing, focusing on casting, content creation, and campaign launch strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Strategy Formulation:
- Craft and implement a holistic brand strategy that resonates with Good American's mission and vision.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to foster brand differentiation and growth.
- Generate culturally relevant brand moments that drive significant engagement.
- Marketing and Communications:
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, public relations, and retail.
- Manage the influencer marketing initiative to ensure Good American maintains a strong presence on relevant talent channels while achieving performance targets.
- Guarantee consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
- Lead the creation of compelling content and narratives that resonate with our target demographic.
- Product and Collaboration Initiatives:
- Partner with the product development team to ensure brand alignment in product design and innovation.
- Identify and oversee strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand equity and outreach.
- Consumer Engagement:
- Devise and implement strategies to cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base.
- Leverage data and analytics to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences, driving personalized and impactful brand experiences.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the brand and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Establish clear performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and oversee the brand and marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related capacity within the fashion industry, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth understanding of the fashion and denim markets, coupled with a passion for inclusivity and body positivity.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to utilize data for informed decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
This role requires a commitment to onsite presence four days a week.
