Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and leading graphic design projects across all brand marketing channels. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design strategies and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Stay ahead of trends in the creative and fashion landscape, identifying opportunities to innovate and elevate our brand.
- Oversee the creation of on-brand digital and print creative assets, ensuring timely delivery and meeting weekly design deadlines.
- Provide design guidance and leadership across creative channels, including email, social, web, packaging, retail, wholesale, and event marketing.
- Work closely with the Senior Director, Brand Creative to design quarterly tier campaigns, promotions, and brand moments.
- Manage and oversee the Graphic Design team, ensuring seamless project execution and meeting deadlines.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a proven track record of leading design teams.
- Previous experience in design for a fashion or beauty brand is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Strong creative portfolio featuring typography work and creative branding projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Bridge.
- Experience with making basic GIFs and video graphics, with familiarity with video editing a plus.
As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 per year, plus opportunities for growth and development within our exciting company.
