About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity that requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, rotating Saturday and holiday shifts. You'll work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients.
Responsibilities- Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care, providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
- Technician Duties: Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- Building Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with your patients, educating them on kidney dialysis-related topics and providing emotional support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership, to ensure seamless patient care.

- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
