Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a Customer Success Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to drive business results.
As a Customer Success Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing overall program status with clients on a regular basis
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and their DY personalization program
- Consulting with clients on product features, functionality, and onboarding best practices
The ideal candidate will have a native or business level of Spanish, 3-8 years of digital consultation or analytics experience, and Fortune 1000 client-facing experience as a CSM preferred.
This role offers a competitive base salary based on location, experience, and other qualifications for the role, with an estimated $95-$120K in NYC.
