Job Title: Revenue Growth Strategist

Ave Staffing Legal Specialists is looking for a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist to spearhead our business development efforts and drive revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for devising and executing comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our network of corporate partners, and strengthen relationships with existing partners. Key tasks include:

  • Developing and implementing business development plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with corporations, government agencies, and other organizations
  • Designing and delivering customized sponsorship packages for association events and initiatives
  • Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Honorary Membership Program, including vendor management and data analysis
  • Exploring innovative business development opportunities, such as corporate social responsibility initiatives and cause-related marketing
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills
