About the Role

In this position, you'll be responsible for building relationships with homeowners, negotiating purchase contracts, and developing strategic sales plans to drive business growth. Your ability to analyze investment opportunities, lead a team, and communicate effectively will be essential in achieving success.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze investment opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and close purchase contracts with homeowners to meet sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

  • Estimated annual income: $250,000+
  • Base salary draw: $60,000
  • Capped commissions: uncapped
