Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate the front desk team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Revenue Management: Maximize room revenue through effective room merchandising and upselling opportunities.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with previous supervisory responsibility.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
