Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of our financial transactions during the overnight shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest requests, and maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.
Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests.
- Financial Transactions: Verify and balance financial transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other hotel revenue streams.
- Security and Safety: Conduct security walks, ensure the hotel is secure, and respond to any safety or security incidents.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and distribute daily reports, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; previous supervisory experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software.
- Competitive Pay: Starting rate of $16.25/hour, with opportunities for advancement and increased compensation.
