Concierge Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at Auberge Resorts Collection. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with various inquiries, making reservations, and providing recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities and services.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
