Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Trim and Packaging Specialist to join our team at Cookie's Retail - CR Management Co LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for executing production plans, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute production plans in accordance with company procedures
• Trim and package cannabis products with attention to detail and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to cGMP standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
• Perform daily cleaning tasks and basic record keeping
• Weigh and label products accurately
• Package products into mylar bags
• Implement and follow company SOPs and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Passion for the cannabis industry and culture
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks

Work Environment:

This role operates in a cGMP inspected manufacturing facility. You will be required to wear PPE, including gloves, scissors, and face covers. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.

Physical Demands:

This role requires standing, walking, and manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. You must be able to talk and listen effectively and have good hand-eye coordination.
