Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist to join our team in Deland, FL. As an Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Commercial and Operations teams, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Commercial and Operations teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Update transactional records and reporting in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, quotations, and confirmations to facilitate excellent customer relationships
  • Provide general written and verbal communications with internal stakeholders and external parties to enable successful project coordination
  • Manage Request for Quotes for specified Key Accounts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce environment
  • Price new quote requests based on the current customer price book, considering market levels and increasing margins where possible
  • Respond timely to customer requests by coordinating information among manufacturing plants, the National Sales Director, and necessary cross-functional groups
  • Submit and coordinate sample and literature requests for assigned accounts
Additional Compliance Responsibilities
  • Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance
  • Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures
  • Participate in training as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination, pricing, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
