Trimming Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Trimming Specialist to join our team at Cookie's Retail - CR Management Co LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for executing production plans in accordance with our operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production plans in accordance with company operating procedures
• Perform daily tasks and assignments in the trim/packaging area, including removing buds from stalks, visually inspecting buds, and hand trimming
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow company SOPs and comply with all safety regulations
• Weigh out product, label Mylar bags, and package product into Mylar bags

Requirements

• Passion for and knowledge about Cannabis
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to clearly outline objectives and create, assess, and evaluate timelines
• Consistently delivers high-quality outputs with strong attention to detail

Work Environment

This job operates in a cGMP inspected manufacturing facility. Employees are required to wear coveralls, hairnets, and other PPE, including at times, face covers. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.

Physical Demands

This employee is regularly required to talk and listen, frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms, and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
