As a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will oversee daily site operations, scheduling, and supervision of subcontractors. Requirements

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of supervisory experience in commercial and multi-family construction. A track record of completing projects on time and within budget is essential. Strong organizational skills, the ability to interpret technical data, and proficiency with project management software (such as Procore) will set you apart. A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety are must-haves.
