**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Athletic Trainer to join our team at Mountain View Regional Medical Center. As an Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our student athletes in assigned academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and treatment to student athletes in assigned academic programs.
  • Monitor student injuries and provide consultation to physicians, coaches, parents, and students.
  • Make on-site and immediate decisions regarding injuries, return to play, continued care, or urgent care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure seamless care and support for our student athletes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or a Bachelor of Science from an accredited Athletic Training program.
  • Two (2) years of experience as an Athletic Trainer.
  • Athletic Trainer's license in good standing through the NM State Board of Athletic Training.
  • National Athletic Trainers Certification from the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
