About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Specialist to join our team at TRITECH Communications. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Audio Visual systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily AV system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Set up and operate AV equipment for executive-level meetings, including video and audio conferencing
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with AV systems, and coordinate repairs with contracted service providers
  • Coordinate with the Office Services and Communications Department to ensure all scheduled meeting requests are met
  • Test and report on AV system performance, and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge of current conference room technology, including Crestron, Q-Sys, Dante, Biamp, Zoom, and Teams
  • Ability to perform basic AV maintenance, including replacing bad HDMI cables and dongles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
