Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a highly skilled Audio Visual Technical Analyst to join our Information Technology (IT) Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support, analysis, and management of our A/V systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for A/V equipment and systems
  • Maintain and optimize A/V equipment to ensure seamless integration with our IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality A/V solutions that meet organizational needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest A/V technologies and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred
  • Certifications in IS/IT, Security, Project Management, Electrical/Low Voltage, Audio/Video, IOT, or other industry standard certifications are a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in A/V and/or technology field
