This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the department, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Organize and maintain the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain budgetary records, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Coordinate calendars for faculty and staff, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Provide customer service to students, faculty, and visitors, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:
