Your Role:

We are in search of a candidate to join our global marketing team within our dynamic Construction ERP division, executing marketing initiatives targeted at prospects and clients in the US. You will lead the US strategy and implement it effectively, showcasing a natural talent for generating leads through various channels, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), events, content, paid media, digital public relations campaigns, and SEO initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering measurable outcomes and demonstrating the return on investment of your marketing strategies.

As a data-driven problem solver, you will not shy away from challenging the status quo and will thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on achieving results. Your ability to communicate effectively with prospects across multiple channels will be crucial, and your proven track record in driving growth while testing and learning will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of achieving marketing pipeline targets in the US related to Construction products, specifically our COINS offering, leading plans that aim for significant quarter-on-quarter growth.
  • Monitor and optimize digital pipeline performance to ensure it meets the order intake necessary for business expansion.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aimed at key accounts to generate leads and enhance awareness and engagement to support the pipeline.
  • Oversee demand and lead generation activities within the US region across various marketing channels, including ABM, paid media, SEO, email, webinars, events, and digital PR.
  • Conceive, refine, and execute campaigns, messaging, and incentives to enhance lead generation within the quarter.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to create exceptional user experiences on our website, focusing on improving onsite conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of marketing channels, lead quality, and order intake gaps to identify areas for performance enhancement. Experiment with new ideas to continuously improve lead flow.
  • Partner with sales to boost sales-sourced lead volume, providing them with the necessary content for success.
  • Work with the broader Construction team (UK and AU) to contribute to global plans and align on initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a growth marketer in a B2B demand generation role within a software company, with knowledge of the construction industry being a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement integrated marketing plans across all marketing areas that meet business KPIs.
  • Digital-savvy with experience managing digital marketing funnels, identifying target audiences, crafting messages, and collaborating with digital marketing leads to optimize performance.
  • Solid experience with digital tools such as Marketo and Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in executing marketing initiatives and developing marketing plans that drive growth.
  • Commercially astute, capable of making informed recommendations on marketing investments to maximize ROI.

  • Proven experience in managing and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, effectively driving execution across functions with competing deadlines.
  • Confidence in collaborating with senior stakeholders, particularly within Sales, to define and execute growth strategies together.

Please note that this position requires cross-functional teamwork across different time zones, necessitating some early starts to collaborate with colleagues in Europe and Australia/New Zealand.

The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
