- Administrative: 2 hours per week - Following up with insurance carriers to expedite client applications through underwriting.
We seek coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. A strong skill set is not the only requirement for this position.

This is a commission-only sales position with an average commission of approximately $600 per family protected. We expect full-time agents to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer a range of premium financial products to help clients save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts. Our training program equips agents with the knowledge to successfully sell these products.
We offer a competitive bonus structure and incentive trips for agents and managers based on individual and team performance.
