Job Title: Aftermarket Sales Representative

Modern Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Aftermarket Sales process, including quoting and selling repairs, PMs, and maintenance contracts, as well as new customer acquisition, dispute resolution, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Aftermarket Sales process, including quoting and selling repairs, PMs, and maintenance contracts.
  • Acquire new customers and retain existing ones through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Prepare and send product specification and quotation packages to customers.
  • Make follow-up calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Two plus years' experience in the material handling industry or related field.
  • High School diploma required, BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Current driver's license and clean driving record.
