Position Summary:
As a Patient Services Advocate, you will play a vital role in assisting our members in accessing essential medications. You will act as an advocate for our patients, guiding them through the complexities of prescription management to ensure they receive their medications efficiently and affordably.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate members about their pharmacy benefits and advocate for their medication needs.
  • Initiate outbound communications to assist members with enrollment in drug savings initiatives.
  • Collaborate with members, healthcare providers, and pharmacies to facilitate copay card enrollment.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from members and providers, ensuring issues are resolved with compassion and compliance.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and follow-up on all member interactions.
  • Provide empathetic support through various communication channels.
  • Exhibit a patient-centered approach with a strong sense of urgency in addressing member requests.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex issues creatively.
