Position Summary

Trove is in search of a meticulous, imaginative, and strategic Event Coordinator to enhance our marketing team. This role will span across various brands, including Owala, BlenderBottle, Whiskware, and Oath Nutrition, focusing on external event organization, logistics, and execution. The Event Coordinator will collaborate closely with the marketing department to design distinctive events aimed at launching or promoting new or existing products, brands, or partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning & Logistics:
    • Lead the external event planning, logistics, and execution.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal brand marketing teams, including BlenderBottle, Owala, and our sister brand, Oath Nutrition.
    • Research and obtain necessary permits.
  • Event Execution:
    • Assist in the execution of events, including direct engagement with consumers.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with internal departments and teams.
    • Support outreach efforts for external partnerships.
  • Budget Management:
    • Oversee and report on the event performance budget.
    • Conduct post-event evaluations and reports to assess ROI for ongoing improvement.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Identify and research event opportunities for each brand.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and events to ensure our brands are represented effectively.

Please note that this position requires travel approximately 50% of the time, both in-state and out-of-state. Candidates should be comfortable and enthusiastic about traveling.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in event planning and management, ideally within a corporate setting.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing a consumer-first approach.
  • Adaptable and able to solve problems in high-pressure situations.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Experience Design, Event Management, or a related field.
