We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to enhance our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
As a vital member of our recruiting team, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition professionals to coordinate both onsite and virtual interviews, ensuring seamless communication throughout the hiring process.
We seek a collaborative team player eager to contribute to our growth and make a significant impact on our organizational success.
This position requires a hybrid/onsite commitment, with three days per week in the office based on the interview schedule. The contract duration is four months, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from the initial interaction, creating a lasting positive impression of SmithRx.
- Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to arrange onsite and virtual interviews.
- Facilitate in-person interviews as necessary.
- Build strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruitment coordinators, emphasizing timely follow-up, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Support updates in our applicant tracking system, including job descriptions, interview kits, templates, and forms.
- Assist with interviewer onboarding and training.
- Advocate for enhancements to the candidate experience and process efficiency, driving improvements where possible.
- Act as an ambassador for SmithRx's employment brand through thoughtful interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
- Develop professionally within Talent Acquisition by gaining exposure and training in sourcing and recruiting operations.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or an administrative role, with at least 1 year as a Recruiting Coordinator preferred.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Proficiency in ATS software (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).
A strong commitment to creating exceptional experiences for potential hires.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
