This role is integral to the Communication and Technology Management (CTM) Department's Enterprise Case Management (ECM) team. As a vital member of a diverse group, you will engage in high-profile, complex, enterprise-wide projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate process enhancement initiatives and teams, working alongside internal stakeholders and vendors to provide tailored solutions, while delivering business analysis services across all organizational levels.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, writing, communication, and organizational capabilities.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, manual and automated testing, develop use cases, assist stakeholders in defining Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and relay identified requirements to developers and vendor partners.
  • Employ Agile and iterative software development methodologies, offer project management resources, create templates and wireframes, conduct staff training, and document standards and best practices.
  • Utilize business tools for quality assurance and control of project data, generating reports as necessary.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for programmatic improvement, providing recommendations for potential solutions.
Work Environment:
This position operates primarily during standard business hours, though on-call availability may be required. Remote work is an option, but on-site presence may be necessary based on operational needs. Candidates must reside in Texas.

Essential Duties:
  • Collaborate with decision-makers, system owners, and end-users to define business, financial, and operational requirements.
  • Lead sessions to gather requirements, specifications, and business processes related to potential IT solutions.
  • Create complex models, use cases, process flows, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide developers and vendors.
  • Develop statements of work for requests for proposals.
  • Assess compatibility and interoperability of technology systems.
  • Analyze existing systems for effectiveness and efficiency, proposing strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support IT business decisions.
  • Research software and hardware products to justify recommendations and support purchasing efforts.
  • Prepare and present reports addressing existing and potential issues in IT applications.
  • Coordinate and conduct tests for modified and new systems, providing training and post-implementation support.
