Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at PHS Bio-Medical Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing analytical support for various data domains and business needs. This role involves leading multiple concurrent projects, providing data-driven insights, and collaborating with clients to tailor analysis and reports to meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide actionable insights to decision-makers.
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences and make recommendations.
  • Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with clients to modify or tailor existing analysis or reports to meet their specific needs.
  • Participate in management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
  • Experience in analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data sets.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports.
  • Experience using varied statistical methods.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience managing revenue-generating projects.
  • Strong planning and organization, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend solutions.
  • Good general business skills, high degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics.
  • High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity.
