CLASS offers business consulting services in Marketing, Strategy, Human Resources/Organization, Finance, and IT.

We are seeking a motivated and committed individual to join our volunteer-driven teams.

Position Type: Volunteering (All volunteering positions at The CLASS Consulting Group are unpaid). Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assess project impact and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and manage the Client Management team.
  • Engage with existing clients to promote additional services.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (CRM Database).
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement improvements.
  • Represent CLASS at industry events.

General Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team meetings and track projects and activities.
  • Implement KPIs and present management reports to the board.
  • Successfully implement resource allocation and volunteer engagement activities.
  • Foster effective communication and resource sharing within the team and with other teams.
  • Promote volunteer engagement within the CR Team and across the CLASS Group.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS/MBA in Business or Marketing with 3-5 years of experience in Client Management.
  • Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot or any CRM database preferred.

Commitment:

  • Minimum 1+ year of commitment for the unpaid/pro-bono position.
  • Attend Weekly Meetings: Virtual [MS Teams]
  • Time: Minimum 5 hours per week (excluding meeting time).
