Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and attend to clients' banking needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent and optimal client experience
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver seamless support to clients
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
  • Ability to explore and identify a customer's true needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset
  • Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer needs both reactively and proactively
