About the Role

At Suddath Van Lines, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key large customers, assigned to multiple named customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly customer service oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Represent the entire range of Workplace services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company.
  2. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  3. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  4. Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three year period.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training in strategic business to business sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
