Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our home delivery services.

About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that our customers receive their furniture on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process

We offer a competitive salary of $18.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid state driver's license and clean driving record for the last 5 years
  • Excellent English communication skills
