We are seeking a highly skilled Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assessing and evaluating combat weapon systems using advanced analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and modernize combat weapon systems using computer-based analytical tools, including Excel, Matlab, and AFSIM.
  • Develop and apply Operational Analysis principles, theories, and concepts to execute study plans and analysis matrices.
  • Analyze large amounts of raw model output to identify key drivers and distill complex technical insights and findings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver customer-focused engineering solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Modeling and Simulation.
  • Experience with scenario development using mission-level constructive simulation tools, including AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, or NGTS.
  • Ability to apply Operational Analysis principles, theories, and concepts to execute study plans and analysis matrices.
  • Knowledge of combat weapons systems, including aircraft.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with developing AFSIM scripts to customize model behaviors and decisions within an analytical scenario.
  • Experience with scenario development and performing analytical assessments of combat weapon systems using campaign-level constructive simulation tools, including STORM, Thunder, or CFAM.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
