The Modeling and Simulation Engineer will approach decision-making strategically, balancing efficiency with thoroughness, while valuing independence and constructive feedback. Familiarity with leading programming languages and frameworks is expected, alongside the ability to write clean, maintainable code.

Qualifications

  • Experience with unit testing
  • Proficiency in modeling complex physical systems
  • Ability to understand and apply various algorithms and models
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and physical system modeling
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in relevant fields
  • 2+ years of experience modeling physical systems using Python, Rust, MATLAB/Simulink, or TypeScript/Javascript
  • 2+ years of experience working on simulation software for various applications
  • Experience with Unity or Unreal for system modeling
  • Experience with multiple service APIs
  • Knowledge of AI/ML, cloud-native software, and analytics
