EquipmentShare Territory Account Manager Job Description

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. This role involves territory management of a geographical area, responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.
  • Conducts sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
  • Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Requirements:

  • First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required.
  • You have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
