Job SummaryAs the Community Relations Director, you'll play a critical role in generating new resident leads, responding to inquiries, and transitioning them into admissions to achieve 100% census for the communities you serve. You'll work closely with our Executive Marketing Team and community leaders to drive census goals.
Key Responsibilities- Meet established goals to drive census and admissions
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to attract new residents
- Build and maintain robust contact lists for each community
- Monitor and maintain social media activity daily to engage with potential residents
- Track and develop all leads in our CRM program (MCM)
