Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan to support Campaign 150 and Meharry's fundraising goals.
  • Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to elevate awareness of Meharry among donor and prospective donor audiences.
  • Write and edit engaging communications, including case statements, website copy, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Partner with academic and administrative departments to understand Meharry's programs and funding priorities.
  • Manage professional staff members responsible for digital donor engagement.
Requirements
  • Five to seven years of fundraising communications or related experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Proven success in developing digital marketing and communication strategies.
  • Demonstrated design skills and experience working with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent management, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
