Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Specialist/Analyst to join our team at True Find Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director of Treasury in all aspects of Treasury and Investor Relations activities, with a focus on liquidity and capital management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liquidity and Cash Management
    • Oversee day-to-day liquidity and cash management activities to ensure efficient cash flow and minimize financial risks.
    • Streamline and drive improvements in the overall cash/liquidity management process and short/long-term forecasting.
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management on liquidity and cash management performance.
  • Debt Portfolio Management
    • Manage the company's debt portfolio, including day-to-day debt management and quarterly/annual compliance processes.
    • Evaluate and report on financial and non-financial covenants, ensuring compliance with debt agreements.
  • Liquidity and Capital Management
    • Integrate liquidity and capital management to provide analytical support for the company's organic growth, expansion, and M&A activities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize liquidity and capital management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Hedging and Insurance
    • Assist with managing hedging programs, including hedging foreign currency, interest rate, and other risks.
    • Lead the management of the company's insurance portfolio, including day-to-day insurance program administration, annual insurance renewals, and insurance claims management.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and strategic planning.
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform liquidity and capital management decisions.
  • Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, rating agencies, and other external parties to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Interface with the Controller's function to ensure proper accounting of treasury transactions.
  • Project Management
    • Lead the implementation of large-scale treasury projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
    • Develop and implement treasury controls and processes to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis
    • Perform ad hoc financial and credit analysis as needed to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. MBA, CFA, and/or CPA are a strong plus.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in treasury, finance, FP&A, capital markets, accounting, or a related area.
  • Managerial experience a plus.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing insurance portfolios and handling insurance claims a strong plus.
  • Experience with energy or manufacturing industries a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
