Client Service Representative

About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will provide exceptional support and account management to our merchants and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing quality client service via phone and email, processing transactions accurately, and resolving issues to streamline our internal funding process.
- Maintaining and updating client information, faxing or emailing account statements, reviewing account activity, and interacting with banks and merchant credit card processors.
- Fielding inbound calls, handling requests or re-routing calls as required, checking voice mails, and returning calls in a timely fashion.
- Working closely with the Sales, Processing, Underwriting, and other teams to ensure transparency of advances and finding the best solution for our clients.
- Accurately educating clients about our services and additional Rapid Finance products.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with management on problem areas or escalated issues.
- Working closely with our third-party bank on account management for our clients.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:
- Advanced degree beyond high school diploma preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Client Service Representative in a high call volume environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is desired but not required.
- Financial services industry experience is desired but not required.
- Excellent client service and relationship skills.
- Proficient computer operating skills and proven experience with MS Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to multitask and navigate through multiple screens.
