About the Role

Rapid Finance is seeking a highly skilled Processor to join our dynamic Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume pipeline of clients seeking small business funding. Your primary objective will be to communicate effectively with sales, underwriters, partners, and clients to obtain necessary stipulations for funding. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews with landlords to verify payment history and tenants' lease agreements, as well as working with third-party vendors to schedule site inspections and obtain tax information for applying businesses. Additionally, you will be required to complete conference calls with clients and their banks and government offices to verify business information.

About You
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask at a high level
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in client service, clerical support, or data entry is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial services, particularly banking or lending, is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to review work, correct errors, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client data
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a paperless environment and utilizing screenshare applications
  • Ability to analyze situations and make fact-based decisions
  • Driven and eager to take on additional responsibilities
  • Availability to work more than 40 hours per week based on business needs
